Quote of the week: Never let success go to your head; never let failure go to your heart.

Club 7 meets Wednesday after school. See you there.

Penny Wars are here! Will your class survive the bombings? You get points for all of the pennies you bring in, and you lose points for any silver coins or bills that people bomb your class with. Bombings may happen during advisory. The winning classes in each grade level will get donuts. The losing class will perform the chicken dance during lunch; but, performers will earn an ice cream sandwich. Can you bring enough pennies to counter the bombings? Will you be dancing? The only way to be sure you aren't is to bomb the other classes with your silver coins.

Allison's Angels' end of the year club party is Tuesday, May 23, after school in Mrs. Peace's room.  Any and all club kids are welcome (even if we haven't seen you in a while) please wear your t-shirt for a picture.

Any 8th grader interested in becoming part of the color guard at Serrano High School, there are only two workshops left: Thursday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM until noon. Learn how to spin flags and equipment as well as dance choreography. Meet new friends and have a great time. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes and bring a water bottle.

Any 6th or 7th grader interested in trying out for ASB for next school year can pick up an information packet anytime from either Chase in room G-20 or in the office.

Are you interested in being on the yearbook staff for next year? Then, see Ms. Bouris in B-3 to pick up your recommendation forms.

Attention to all incoming 7th and 8th grade girls! This summer Pinon Mesa will be having basketball open gyms once a week during the months of June and July. This is open to all girls interested in playing basketball. Please pick up an information sheet in the office.

Have a great day Wolverines!
